Ladywood provides a wealth of support for families, including offering a wide variety of training, strong partnerships with external agencies that can support at home and a consistent and open approach to communication. In addition, we highly value our social calendar, which includes events such as the Christmas Fair, Easter Bingo and Summer Fair, which allows great opportunity to build relationships for all families across school.
Parents are able to communicate with school in a number of ways. These include face to face meetings, telephone calls and Class Dojo. We love to celebrate and share our children’s learning experiences and we do this on a number of platforms, including our School Blog, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
Our parent training includes a range of topics, including Communication, Restricted Diet, Computing and specific curriculum topics such as Reading.
Topics covered are led by the needs of our children and their families. We are very fortunate to be able to offer and share a wide range of knowledge due to the experience of our school staff, on-site outreach team and other outside agencies.
