Welcome to Ladywood School. As the Head Teacher, I am proud to have the opportunity to build on a strong and meaningful legacy, shaped by years of dedication, care and commitment to our children and families. Having been part of the Ladywood team for over twenty years, it has been a privilege to witness first-hand how our school community continues to grow and evolve, and the positive impact it has on the lives of our children and families far beyond the Ladywood doors.
Working closely with families is central to who we are. Together, we have created a safe, supportive and nurturing environment where children feel secure, valued and able to thrive. The warmth and sense of belonging within our school can be felt as soon as you walk through the door, and it is this strong community that makes Ladywood such a special place. At the heart of everything we do is our school motto of Believe and Achieve.
Rooted in our Trust values of Integrity, Respect and Kindness, we are committed to creating opportunities for all children, families and staff, celebrating individuality and ensuring everyone feels valued and proud of what they can achieve.
I hope our website gives you a true sense of the joy, ambition and strong community that defines our school.
Best wishes,
Lynsey
